BeyazMasa (White Table) is a WEB application designed for municipalities to manage the requests of citizens. While the system works as an intranet system, citizens can connect to it through internet and check the status of their requests. Employees working in White Table department, welcome their citizens and listen to their problems and requests. Once they enter the related data into the system, the request is visible to the mayor and all other related department managers and personnel. The status of the requests are closely monitored through BeyazMasa application and once resolved and the conclusion is entered to the system, the citizens can see the conclusion thorugh municipality's web site.

BeyazMasa has the following features :

• SQL Server database environment.
• ASP.NET 4.0.
• Entrance of requests by more than one employee.
• The request types can be defined.
• The departments can be defined.
• Regions of the municipality can be defined.
• Requests are classified as person or company.
• The scan(s) of the document(s) related with the request can be scanned and entered into the system. Users can see the scanned documents during the process.
• A deadline is given at the white table so that the overdue requests can be filtered any time.
• The department is defined at the white table. The department manager either accepts the request and defines the employee in his/her department who will be responsible from the request or redefines the request to another department if necessary.
• Requests can be filtered and monitored by type of request, status, department, citizen number, region, time period, etc.
• Citizens are given an identification number for their requests and are able to check the status and the conclusion through internet.
